Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4555) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 405(STA) am                                             
An Act relating to the Board of Examiners in Optometry; relating              
to licensure of dispensing opticians; and providing for an effective           
date.                                                                          
                                                                               
and the following with a title change authorized by SCR 35:                    
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 405(RLS)                                  
An Act relating to the Board of Examiners in Optometry; and                   
providing for an effective date.

amendment to CSHB 405(STA) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes.
